Minister Pun in home isolation.
Kathmandu. Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Barsaman Pun is in home isolation from today.
One of the security personnel of former Speaker of the House, Onsari Gharti Magar, tested positive for corona virus, as a consequence, Minister for Energy Pun has to stay in isolation. Former Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar is the spouse of Energy Minister Pun.
When throat swabs of Minister Pun, the former speaker of the House, family members and their security personnel were tested for corona virus, the security personnel of the former speaker was found infected with the virus.
According to Dayanidhi Bhatta, press coordinator of the minister, along with Minister Pun, former speaker of the House Gharti Magar and all family members have stayed in isolation from Friday. Press coordinator Bhatta informed that they will remain in isolation at the minister’s quarter for five days
