Kathmandu. On the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Sunday issued three ordinances in compliance with Article 114, Clause 1 of the Constitution of Nepal.
In a press release, spokesman at the President’s Office, Hari Prasad Dahal, said that the ordinances would amend some acts related to acid and deadly chemical substances (regulation), criminal offences and criminal procedure and first amendment to Nepal Police and Provincial Police (Operation, Supervision and Coordination).
