Kathmandu. Bharat Raj Paudyal has been promoted to the post of secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA)
The meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Thursday has decided to promote Joint Secretary Bharat Raj Paudyal to the post of secretary of MoFA. The government has promoted Paudyal to the post as it had remained vacant after the appointment of Shanker Das Bairagi to chief secretary of Nepal Government.
