Nephew accused of murdering uncle gets arrested
Kathmandu. Police have arrested a man for murdering his uncle. 46-year-old Indra Bahadur Tamang has been accused of murdering his 55-year-old uncle Tanka Bahadur Tamang, a resident of Bandre, Sunkoshi Village Municipality-6, Okhaldhunga.
On May 3, police had found a corpse which had injuries on the head in a jungle at Pokhara-20. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Subash Hamal, the spokesperson of the District Police Office, Indra Bahadur was caught from Lamjung, Madhya Nepal Municipality-2, Sotipasal. He was nabbed after six months through police investigation.
Tanka Bahadur’s son had filed a case against Indra Bahadur after the incident. Indra Bahadur confessed that he committed the crime. Apparently, both of them were under influence of alcohol and he murdered him as they both got involved in a quarrel.
