NC leader KC passes away
Kathmandu. Member of the House of Representative from Nepali Congress, Surya Bahadur KC, has passed away at the age of 63. He was suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes. He died at his private residence in Pokhara at 10:30 pm yesterday.
KC had spent a long period of his political life as a member of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and was a member of the first Constituent Assembly from RPP.
KC had joined the Nepali Congress party before the election of the House of Representatives three years back and had become a member of the Parliament in the proportional representation quota. He was also an invited member of the Nepali Congress Central Committee.
KC was involved in the trade and business of Rara Noodles and hydropower and was also a contributed in the social sector of the Gandaki region.
