India accused Pakistan of hiding information related to the 26/11 Mumbai attack
India once again called Islamabad to deliver justice to the families of 166 victims from 15 countries across the globe.
Pakistani Federal Investigation Agency(FIA) on Thursday released a book on 1,210 Most Wanted Pakistani Terrorists. The first 19 Pakistani terrorists listed in the book were accused of being involved in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack in 2008.
In response to the book release, India once again called Islamabad to deliver justice to the families of 166 victims from 15 countries across the globe. In a weekly media briefing, the spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs, Anurag Srivastava stated that the Government of India and other countries have repeatedly asked Pakistan to take action against the accused. Yet, Pakistan hasn’t shown sincerely even after 12 years from the attack.
Although the list includes few members of Kashmir based Lashkar-e-Tayyiba and some crew members in the boat who works on the execution of the plan, yet, Srivastava rejects Pakistan’s list by saying that the list hasn’t incorporated names of highest level mastermind and key conspirators of the gruesome 60-hour assault.
“It is clear that Pakistan possesses all the necessary information and evidence on the conspirators and facilitators based in Pakistan,” said Srivastava.
