Kathmandu. The 31-year old superstar cricketer, Sophie Devine from New Zealand created history by becoming the first woman batter to hit 100 sixes in the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL).

Perth Scorchers allrounder asset Sophie’s amazing performance defeated Melbourne Renegades with on Saturday’s T-20 match by nine wickets and 31 balls to spare.

Sophie made a total of 77 runs and became the player of the match. During the match. Her 3 sixes in the match helped her achieve the record of hitting more than 100 sixes in WBBL.

Sophie has already played 74 matches in 6 seasons of WBBL in which she has smashed 101 sixes, made a total of 2,433 runs and scored centuries in two matches.

Unfortunately, Sophie had to leave the field due to a back injury in the following match on Sunday played against Sydney Thunder. But, Scorchers were able to make their fourth-consecutive victory by the end of the match.
