Karnali. About a dozen journalists working in the local and national media in Karnali have sent letter by post to Prof Dr Rajendra Raj Wagle, Vice-chancellor of  Karnali Academy of Health Science(KAHS) demanding information.

The journalists resorted to sending the letter after the VC refused in-person meeting and did no respond to their phone calls. The journalists accuse the vice chancellor of denying them their right to information.

VC Wagle did not respond to our queries. We were compelled to send letter via the post office, National News Agency (RSS) quoted FNJ Jumla chapter chair Netra Bahadur Shahi.

The journalists were seeking information regarding the ongoing padlock, the dispute regarding the appointment of the dean and postponement of exams among other problems in the Academy.
