Panchthar. Armed Police Force, Nepal has established a border outpost (BOP) at Phalakot of Phalelung Rural municipality in Panchthar.
Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Basanta Kumar Nembang inaugurated the BOP. During the inaugural program Minister Nembang said that the government has been making efforts to provide security at the border areas by establishing BOPs at different places bordering with India and China. The BOPs will also maintain good relation with neighbouring countries, he added.
The BOP has a 19-member team of police personnel under the command of APF Sub-Inspector
