Indian Foreign Secretary Shringla converses with Nepali reporters in Nepali

Kathmandu. Foreign Secretary of India Harsh Vardhan Shringla has arrived in Kathmandu on a two-day formal visit to Nepal. Shringla landed at 10:40 am at the Tribhuvan International Airport and conversed with the Nepali journalists comfortably in Nepali.
He informed that he had visited Nepal before also but this was his first visit as the foreign secretary. He noted that Nepal and India were close friends and his visit was centered on expanding the multilateral ties between the two nations.
Shringla told that he was holding high level meetings, including one with Nepali Foreign Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali today.

I am very happy to visit Nepal again, though its my first time as the Foreign Secretary of India.
I have some important meetings today.In the meeting we shall talk about ways to deepen our friendship and strengthen the ties. My first meeting is with the foreign minister of Nepal. I shall deliver a lecture on Nepal-India friendship tomorrow.
Later tomorrow, I am going to Gorakha India has made a commitment to build 50 thousand houses to help rehabilitate people after the 2015 earthquae. We are also constructing some schools there.
