Karnali. A team of Nepal Police in Surkhet has arrested a youth on the charges of impersonating a police officer.
According to the Surkhet District Police Office (DPO), following a tip-off from the community, a team of 11 personnel led by inspector Kanak Shahi on Friday evening captured 28-year-old Dil Bahadur Dhami with a cash amount of Rs 12,000.
“Dhami cheated the community claiming to be a policeman. Further investigation is underway,” said DPO Surkhet.
