710 new cases, 1175 COVID-19 recoveries in last 24 hours

Kathmandu, December 19 : An additional 710 people were confirmed to be infected with the COVID-19 in Nepal on Saturday. The total number of COVID-19 infected in Nepal has now reached 2, 53,184.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), there are currently 8,840 active cases of COVID-19. Likewise, in the last 24 hours, 1,175 people have been recoveries from the infection. So far, the total number of COVID-19 recovery cases has reached 2,42,567.
With the addition of 12 deaths in the last 24 hours, the total number of death cases has reached 1,777. Similarly, 421 people are in quarantine so far.
