Kathmandu, December 26. State Minister for Urban Development Ram Bir Manandhar has set a world record by singing for five consecutive hours. In a program held at Ashtanarayan Hall in Balaju, Kathmandu, Manandhar set a record of being the first minister to give a solo musical performance on stage on Friday.
The program was inaugurated by Minister for Communications and Information Technology Parbat Gurung. State Minister Manandhar started the concert at 1:15 pm on Friday and set a world record by singing 59 songs in 4 hours and 59 minutes. Five judges had come from the UK for the event.
