Kathmandu, January 3. Nepali Congress leader Dr Shekhar Koirala’s brother Niranjan Koirala has passed away. Koirala, who was living in New Delhi, India, was unwell for some time.
Shekhar has mentioned on social media that he was shocked by his brother’s death and felt like he is now without a guardian.
Koirala had been undergoing treatment at Max Hospital in New Delhi for the past one month. Shekhar went to New Delhi on December 29 after his brother fell ill. He still is in New Delhi.
Niranjan was survived by his two sons while his wife has already passed away.
