One arrested at TIA with 50 rounds of ammunition and pistol

Kathmandu, Jan 4 : A man was arrested by police at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) with 50 rounds of bullets and a pistol . Badrihang Rai of Mechinagar-2, Jhapa, is detained by the authorities. He was about to board a Shree Airlines flight to Bhadrapur in Jhapa at 12:25 pm.
During the regular security check at TIA, there had been some suspicious activities from the arrestee after which the authorities conducted further investigation. 50 rounds of bullets along with a pistol were confiscated from Rai’s possession.
