Kathmandu, January 6. US President Donald Trump has been denied permission to visit Scotland to avoid Biden’s inauguration.

US President Trump has been seeking to visit his Turnberry golf resort at Scotland to play golf, reportedly to avoid opponent Biden’s inauguration ceremony. Nicola Sturgeon, first minister of Scotland has said, “We are not allowing people to come in to Scotland without an essential purpose right now and that would apply to him, just as it applies to anybody else. Coming to play golf is not what I would consider to be an essential purpose.”

White House also has refused to give the details of President Trump’s schedule on January 20, increasing speculations on whether or not he will attend the ceremony.

President Trump has been repeatedly putting in efforts to reverse the results of the elections. He lost the elections by a total of 232 electoral votes compared to 306 of Biden.
