Kathmandu. 22 construction workers are trapped underground after an under-construction gold mine in eastern China exploded on Sunday.
A team of firefighters are searching the lost miners with a sound detecting system fitted 370 meters underground. More than 300 rescuers have joined the search in the last two days.
According to the authorities, poisonous gasses are being pumped out to create a breathable environment underground.
