Kathmandu, January 15. After 10 days of treatment in Mumbai, Sita Dahal, the wife of Pushpa Kamal Dahal, has returned to Nepal on Thursday.
Sita Dahal, the wife of Chairman of Prachanda-Madhav faction of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, has a long history of hereditary Parkinson’s disease.
- On December 30, Sita had fallen ill and was admitted to the Nepal Mediciti Hospital in Lalitpur.
- On January 4, Sita was taken to Mumbai by Prachanda and daughters, Renu and Ganga.
- On January 7, Sita had undergone a stem cell transplant surgery at Neurogen Brain and Spine Institute, Mumbai.
- On January 10, Prachanda and Renu returned to Kathmandu while Ganga had stayed back with her mother.
After her arrival, Prachanda’s secretariat has not disclosed anything about her health.
