Kathmandu, January 16. Washington DC attorney general Karl Racine has sent a notice to Trump Jr on allegations of misuse of funds. Trump Jr. is said to have misused some funds allocated for his father’s inauguration ceremony in 2017.

A hotel reservation was made by Trump Jr’s personal assistant, who booked a block of the hotel amounting to US$ 50,000. The rooms were said to be given to a friend of Trump’s eldest son during the ceremony.

Attorney Racine has further alleged that the Trumps have massively abused the funds and he is confident that they have broken the law. He added, “We’re before a court and at the end of the day the court will decide, but the evidence is clear. The Trump business and the Trump family used the not-for-profit to profit themselves.”
