Kathmandu, January 19. The prime minister of Pakistan Imran khan through his official twitter handle on Monday expressed anger over the Indian media reports.

Recent controversial media reports suggest that the Balakot airstrike which occurred inside Pakistan on February 26, 2019 was preplanned to boost Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s chances for re-election.

Earlier on Sunday, the Government of Pakistan urged the world community to hold India accountable for the Balakot airstrike in disputed Jammu and Kashmir.

An ongoing investigation on the manipulation of television involved evidence submitted by Mumbai Police which indicated that the popular Indian TV anchor Arnab Goswami knew about New Delhi’s plans days before the Kashmir attack.

The issue was borne out by purported WhatsApp conversations between Goswami and Partho Dasgupta, the former head of a TV rating company.
