Alibaba owner Jack Ma reappears after two months

Kathmandu, January 20. The co-owner of China’s Alibaba Group, billionaire Jack Ma has finally reappeared in the eyes of the public. Jack had mysteriously vanished after his business empire suffered a severe crackdown in October

The English teacher turned entrepreneur attended the virtual ceremony of Jack Ma Rural Teachers Award with 100 teachers on Wednesday in which he announced: “we’ll meet again when the epidemic is over”.

The annual award ceremony has been organized by the Jack Ma Foundation since 2015. 

Dressed in a Navy pullover, Jack Ma in the short 1-minute video opined “Working hard for rural revitalization and common prosperity is the responsibility for our generation of businessmen.” The authenticity of the video was confirmed by Ant group, an affiliate company of the Alibaba Group.
