BTS named the world’s best selling artists of 2020

Kathmandu, March 5. Famous Korean pop band BTS has been crowned the title of the world’s best selling artists of the year 2020 by International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI). They have beat Taylor Swift, who won the title last year.
The boy band is the first non-western band to win the title whose songs are not predominantly sung in English. The seven member boy band also released their English single- ‘Dynamite’ , which was massively successful in breaking the US charts in August.
The chief executive of IFPI, Frances Moore has congratulated the boy band and has said that they have become a global phenomenon.
