Kathmandu, March 18. US Intelligence officials have said that Putin authorized pro-Trump campaigns in the elections last year to bring results in favor of Trump.

Russia has denied the claims and has said that the allegations are baseless.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence has released a 15-page report where they have said that Russia and Iran have stood in favor and against Trump in the November 3 elections. They have said that some people connected to the Russian intelligence pushed anti-Biden narratives to different media outlets.

The report also says that Iran launched a “multi-pronged covert influence campaign” to weaken Russia’s support for Trump. It also says that although China has blamed Washington for cyber attacks, they have no hands in manipulating the US elections.

Trump supporters also have claimed that there was voters’ fraud before, during and after the elections.
