US COVID Death toll is undercounted: Doctor Fauci
Kathmandu, May 10. World’s leading immunologist Dr. Anthony Fauci has said that the COVID death toll of the United States is undercounted.
While speaking on a TV show on Sunday, the chief medical advisor to the Biden Administration said, “You know, the model says that it’s a significant amount, as you mentioned correctly, 900,000. That’s a bit more than I would have thought the undercounting was, but, you know, sometimes the models are right online, sometimes they’re a bit off,”
The latest study performed by the University of Washington has indicated that the actual number of deaths caused by COVID-19 in the USA is more than 9,05,000.
But, the government report shows 581,752 deaths (as of Sunday).
Fauci added, “You know, we’re living through a historic pandemic, the likes of which we haven’t seen in over a hundred years.”
Who is Anthony Fauci?
