Dubai’s Princess Latifa seen alive in photos surfacing online
Princess Latifa was earlier said to have been in captivity by her father, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktou, which she fled in 2018
Kathmandu, May 23. Two photos that have been posted on social networking site, Instagram shows Dubai Princess Latifa at a Dubai mall with other women.
Princess Latifa has not been seen in public since 2018, when she escaped her father’s captivity. She had then released secret videos in the media in mid-February, where she said that she was held as a hostage by her own father, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
She was forcibly returned back after her escape attempt, which her family called a rescue mission. The Sheikh, has denied all the claims against him.
Princess Haya, the Sheikh’s second wife has also filed for divorce, after moving to London with their two children in 2019.
The photos are posted from an account named “shinnybryn” on Instagram.
