Kathmandu, June 21. As the rumors of a sudden price spike in air tickets spread across the nation, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation on Monday decided to look into the matter.
Ministry spokesperson Taranath Adhikari announced that the ministry has formed an investigating committee to verify if the travel agencies are cheating passengers on air tickets.
The five-member committee has been formed under the coordination of Rajan Pokhrel, Director-General at Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN).
