Domestic, international flights resumed with conditions

Kathmandu, June 23. The government of Nepal on Monday decided to allow the domestic and international airliners to partially resume their services.
A cabinet meeting hold by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, came to a conclusion that domestic airports can operate 50 percent of the total number of usual flights.
The number of international flights would be increased gradually. With the latest notice, the following passenger’s flights are allowed.
- Kathmandu – Doha: Four flights a week
- Kathmandu – Malaysia: Four flights a week
- Kathmandu – Dubai: Four flights a week
- Kathmandu – Istanbul: Two flights a week
- Kathmandu – Dammam: Two flights a week
- Kathmandu – Kuwait: Two flights a week
- Kathmandu – Mascot: One flight a week
The Ministry further stated that there would be weekly single flights to South Korea and Japan and Chengdu and Guangzhou of China.
