Bollywood actor Ananya Panday’s house raided in drugs connection
Kathmandu, October 21. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) of India has summoned Bollywood celebrity Ananya Panday, daughter of Chunky Pandey, for her apparent involvement in the Aryan Khan case.
Earlier on October 3, the Hyderabad-based anti-drug agency raided a luxury cruise liner. During the surprise raid, 19 young people were apprehended with narcotics. Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son, was also detained with drugs worth 1 lakh 33 thousand Indian rupees.
22-year-old Ananya belongs to the same group of star children who were nurtured alongside Aryan Khan. Earlier this week, NCB uncovered some suspicious drug-related Whatsapp conversations between Ananya and Aryan. As a result, the drug agency raided Ananya’s home and summoned her to their office this afternoon.
Following the mysterious death of Sushant Singh Rajput in June 2020, the NCB has already questioned several high-profile celebrities on the basis of drug-related WhatsApp conversations.
