Meena Budhathoki and Prakash Parajuli become ‘Dohori Champion’

Kathmandu, October 31. Meena Budhathoki and Prakash Parajuli have won the title of ‘First Dohori Champion’ in the music competition organized by Nepal Television.
The competition’s final round was held on Saturday evening at Pokhara’s Lakeside. The singing duo was awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 20 lakhs and a life insurance policy of Rs. 1 crore.
Shobha Karki and Bal Chandra Baral bagged the second prize of Rs. 10 lakhs and a Rs. 50 lakhs life insurance policy.
The third duo, Rita Rawat and Sabin Acharya, were awarded a cash prize of Rs 3 lakhs.
The consolation award was given to Meena Nepal and Rajendra Pathak, who got a monetary prize of Rs 2 lakhs.
