Kathmandu, November 6. With a criminality score of 6.16, Nepal holds the 35th position among 193 countries in the Global Organized Crime Index 2021.

The research also recognized Western Asia as the notoriously fragile region which has experienced conflict and terror in past decades, making it the only region in Asia that ranks in the global top five(with a score of 5.78).

Nepal ranks the third position among South Asian countries in the Global Organized Crime Index 2021.
