CCI to launch “Tanahun festival” in third week of January

Kathmandu, December 4. The Tanahun Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced that it will be organizing the eighth edition of the Tanahun festival on January 22, 23 and 24.
While speaking at the official press meet on friday, CCI Tanahun President Pabindra Kumar Shrestha said that the festival aims to conduct a feasibility study and promote local productions, agriculture, religions, culture, industry, trade and tourist destinations.
“We have expected 5 lakh visitors and 6 crores worth of transactions,” Shrestha noted.
He also said that the visitors would love to observe attractive cultures in villages of Manungkot, Kumaltari, Botegaun and Daraigaun.
