Kathmandu, January 29. Nepal defeated Mauritius 1-0 in the first match of an international friendly game hosted at Tripureshwor’s Dashrath Stadium on Saturday.
Bimal Ghartimagar scored a goal for Nepal in the 55th minute, which proved to be the game-winning achievement.
Anjan Bista’s long-range pass set up Ghartimagar’s goal from outside the penalty box. The second match is scheduled for Tuesday between Nepal and Mauritius.
