Cocaine Tragedy in Argentina: 23 killed, 84 hospitalized in a day

Kathmandu, February 4. The consumption of poisoned cocaine has claimed the lives of 23 individuals and hospitalized 84 others in the Buenos Aires province of Argentina.
In response to the rising death toll, the Argentine health ministry has formed a special committee of experts to investigate the situation and identify the hazardous ingredient mixed with the stimulant drug.
Local media reports have claimed that the substance could be rat poison.
Meanwhile, the police have been tracking down and arresting suspects associated with the hazard.
The Provincial Security Minister Sergio Berni has requested the public to dispose off any cocaine purchased during the last 24 hours.
Cocaine is a psychoactive drug derived mostly from the leaves of South American coca species. It is most typically used as a euphoriant and recreational drug.
