Kathmandu, February 27. The long debated MCC Nepal compact is to be passed by the Nepali Parliament. The cabinet meeting of the ministers has decided to pass MCC including it with explanatory declarations.
The decision came after discussions that were conducted earlier today in the House of Representative(HoR) meeting at the Parliament House in New Baneswor.
The opposing parties agreed to pass the deal as PM Sher Bahadur Deuba gave his nod to form a new coalition with leading opposition party CPN-UML.
The House of Representative(HoR) meeting is currently holding a meeting to pass MCC with the explanatory declarations.
