Kathmandu, February 27. As Russia continues its military attacks and marches towards the Ukrainian capital, many people have fled the country.
In a viral video, a Ukrainian woman hugs a stranger (in the yellow jacket) who helped her children cross the Ukrainian border into Hungary.
The stranger named Nataliya Ableyeva was given the responsibility of two unknown children by their father. As their father was required to stay back to fight the war, he took a leap of faith by handing over his children’s passports and children. Their mother was in Italy and was enroute to reunite with her family.
The father provided the stranger with the mother’s number so that she could contact the mother.
In the viral video, heartwarming visuals of the mother embracing the stranger can be seen.
Many people have praised the woman for showing the kinder side of humanity in such difficult times and situations.
