Ukrainian president denies Belarus as the location for talks with Russia

Kathmandu, February 27. Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy has revealed through a video on Sunday that he is ready for talks with Russia. But, he has rejected Belarus as the location for the talks.

The Ukrainian president named Warsaw, Bratislava, Istanbul, Budapest or Baku as alternative locations.

As Kremlin said that a delegation has arrived at Belarus for talks on Sunday, the Ukrainian president has firmly denied the location preferred by Russia.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said that the Russian delegation is ready for the talks and are waiting for the Ukrainians.
