Government extends gratitude to all supporting to ratify MCC Compact

Kathmandu, February 28: The government has extended their gratitude to all those who supported for the ratification of the MCC Compact from the parliament.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held today praised everyone for establishing an environment that allowed the MCC to be ratified by the parliament.
Govinda Pariyar, the Prime Minister’s Press Secretary, stated the cabinet meeting acknowledged all of the government’s parties, coalition partners, the main opposition party, and all other political parties, as well as the Speaker and MPs. In addition, he also thanked all Nepali sisters and brothers, civil society, media, intellectuals and industrialists for their support and goodwill in the process.
The cabinet meeting also stated that, in accordance with Nepal’s foreign policy, the government would not allow Nepali soil to be used against neighboring countries India and China, among others.
In a similar manner, the meeting also extended gratitude to the neighbors and development partners for their support.
