Ukraine accuses Russia of abducting two mayors

Kathmandu, March 13. Ukraine has accused Russia for the abduction of mayors of two cities that they have captured.
Yevhen Matveyev, mayor of Dniprorudne city was reportedly abducted by Russian forces on Sunday.
Ukrainian foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Russia of spreading terror. He urged the international community to stop Russia and their attacks on Ukraine.
Earlier, Ivan Fedorov, mayor of Melitopol city was abducted by Russian forces on Saturday. Ukrainian officials have shared a video and claimed that the abductors were Russian forces.
President Zelenskyy has accused Russia of creating “pseudo-republics”, to break his country apart. He has also demanded for immediate release of Fedorov.
