Jazeera airways to run first commercial flight from Gautam Buddha International Airport

Kathmandu, March 14. International carrier Jazeera Airways is set to make its first commercial flight from Gautam Buddha International Airport.

According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal , the airways has filed an application to conduct direct flights for Kuwait-Bhairahawa-Kuwait. The airways has requested for one flight daily starting from May 22.

Dev Chandra Lal Karna, Deputy Director of CAAN has revealed that Nepal Airlines will run a test flight at Gautam Buddha Airport on April 14 and would be open for international commercial flights from April 20.

He added that preparations for commercial flights at Gautam Budhha International Airport has been completed.

Jazeera Airways has been operating regular flights at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
