Biden to visit Poland in Europe trip
US President Biden is scheduled to meet Polish President Duda and talk over the Ukraine crisis
Kathmandu, March 21. US President Joe Biden will be visiting Poland on his Europe trip. The White House said Biden will discuss international efforts to support Ukraine from the Russian invasion.
White House spokesperson Jen Psaki said in a statement, “The President will discuss how the United States, alongside our Allies and partners, is responding to the humanitarian and human rights crisis that Russia’s unjustified and unprovoked war on Ukraine has created”. Furthermore, it said President Biden will meet Polish President Andrzej Duda on March 25.
Biden is scheduled to attend a NATO Summit to discuss defense and deterrence in response to the Russian invasion. Additionally, he will also attend a G7 meeting and European Council Summit to further discuss shared concerns on Ukraine; along with addressing challenges to the conflict.
