Russian soldiers raped women and minors, claims Ukrainian MP

Kathmandu, April 5. A Ukrainian member of Parliament claimed that Russian soldiers have committed crimes of sexual violence against women and girls in Ukraine.
Ukrainian Member of Parliament Lesia Vasylenk said on Twitter, “Russian soldiers loot, rape and kill. 10 y.o. girls with vaginal and rectal tears. Women with swastika shaped burns. Russia. Russian Men did this. And Russian mothers raised them. A nation of immoral criminals.”
She further shared a picture of a raped and tortured body of a women and wrote that she is full of fear, anger and hatred. She called against Russia to stop the genocide and stop Putin.
While Ukraine has blamed Russia for committing war crimes, Russia has been denying. The Russia-Ukraine war has crossed over a month since it started in February 24.
Several rounds of talks are continuously being held between delegations of both the countries, but with no breakthrough.
