Indian PM Modi on three nation Europe trip
Kathmandu, May 2. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit three European countries namely Germany, Denmark and France.
Foreign Secretary Vinay Mohan Kwatra on Sunday said, “PM will share India’s perspective on Ukraine during his three-nation tour.” He added that Modi will share India’s stance on Russia-Ukraine war.
Before his visit Modi revealed that his visit came at a time when the European region “faces many challenges and choices.”
Additionally, Modi will be taking part in the second India-Nordic Summit during his visit to Denmark. Modi is scheduled to meet Nordic leaders on the sidelines of the summit to review their bilateral relations.
Moreover, Modi landed at Germany on Monday. He will hold discussions with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
Modi tweeted, “Landed in Berlin. Today, I will be holding talks with Chancellor @OlafScholz, interacting with business leaders and addressing a community programme. I am confident this visit will boost the friendship between India and Germany.”
