Kathmandu, June 5. Russia has launched airstrikes in Kyiv on Sunday, warning the West. Russian President has warned the west supplying any materials would prompt Moscow to conduct attacks on Ukraine.
The US had earlier announced security support worth $700 million Javelin anti-tank weapon systems, radars, tactical vehicles, spare parts among others.
Moreover, Kyiv has not faced any attack since the visit of UN Chief Guterres on April 28. In a television interview, Putin revealed that the west is trying to prolong the conflict by providing supplies to Ukraine.
While Russian forces were recently focused on occupying the city of Sievierodonetsk, attacks were also conducted on Kyiv.
Furthermore, according to Ukrainian authorities, both Russia and Ukraine exchanged bodies of killed troops on Thursday. It is reportedly the first officially confirmed swap.
