Police arrest two for smuggling bear parts in Kathmandu

Kathmandu, July 3. Nepal Police in Kathmandu have revealed the identity of two criminals in possession of the body parts of a wild bear.
A special team deployed from the Central Investigation Bureau held Hari Om Rasaili and Bhajindra Darji from the Gokaneshwor area. They were arrested on charges of being involved in the smuggling of dead wildlife.
Bureau Spokesperson Superintendent of Police Shyam Kumar Mahato informed reporters that the criminals have been submitted to the Hattisar-based Division Forest Office.
