Kathmandu, August 29. Former US presidential candidate Hilary Clinton extended her solidarity towards Finnish prime minister Sanna Marin, in light of the recent criticism the latter faced for partying.
Posting a picture of herself partying, Clinton tweeted a post which concluded in “Keep dancing, @marinsanna.” The picture of her dancing was while she was the US Secretary of State in 2012.
Further, Marin responded by a tweet that read, “Thank you @Hillary Clinton”.
Earlier, the Finnish PM has been facing criticisms after a video of her partying with friends and celebrities emerged in social media. She apologized for the same. Moreover, she also went through a drug test, which turned out to be negative.
Marin is the world’s youngest head of state. Clinton, 75, on the other hand was US head of state from 2009 to 2013 under Barack Obama.
As Ann Richards said, "Ginger Rogers did everything that Fred Astaire did. She just did it backwards and in high heels."
Here's me in Cartagena while I was there for a meeting as Secretary of State.
