President Bhandari, Leader Li meet

Kathmandu, September 14. Chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China, Li Zhanshu met President Bidya Devi Bhandari at Sheetal Niwas on Wednesday.
Further, during the delegation level meeting, President Bhandari discussed on bilateral matters. She added such high level visits will enhance relations between China and Nepal.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, visiting Chinese leader Li highlighted the purpose of his visit to further enhance the reciprocal trust at political level and deepen mutual collaborations in diverse sectors.
Further, Li, elaborated he aimed to implement in Nepal the pact signed with President Xi in 2019.
Earlier today, Li also visited Bhaktapur with his delegation and made an on-site inspection of post-earthquake re-constructed heritage sites.
