Kathmandu, October 30. Russian President Vladimir Putin is to be replaced before end of Ukraine war, according to a report.
According to The Mirror, Ukraine’s Chief of Defense intelligence has made a claim revealing Russian officials are ‘actively discussing’ to remove Putin from power.
Major General Kyrylo Budanov added Ukraine aims to reclaim Kherson by the end of November; further attempting to take back Crimea. Crimea was captured by Russia in 2014. He said that it could be an end game to the war.
Moreover, recent missile strikes by Russia has put down more than 40% of the country’s power generating capacity.
