Kathmandu, November 15. Chinese President Xi Jinping met his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday.
Further, President Xi revealed China-France relations have maintained their momentum in development and cooperation. He added the world has entered new period and the two countries should adhere towards independence.
In the multipolar world, the two countries should push bilateral cooperation and inject positive energy in the world, he said
Additionally, Macron congratulated Xi on his re-election as general secretary of his party. He said France continued to uphold spirit of mutual respect and reciprocity with China.
Moreover, Macron revealed France is ready to cooperate in fields such as trade, aviation among others.
