Kathmandu, July 16: The annual report of the Supreme Court for the fiscal year 2022/23 has been submitted to President Ram Chandra Paudel today.
Chief Justice Hari Krishna Karki presented the report to the President during a program held at the Office of the President, Shital Niwas, located in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.
According to Article 138 of the Constitution of Nepal, it is mandated that the annual reports of the Supreme Court, Judicial Council, and Judicial Service Commission should be submitted to the Head of the State by the Chief Justice, who also serves as the chairperson of the Judicial Council. (RSS)
