Revolutionizing Tribhuvan University: Cutting-Edge Electronic Administration Sparks Efficiency!
Kathmandu, Sept 5: Tribhuvan University in Kathmandu has introduced a new electronic administration system in all of its offices. The goal is to make their services faster, more efficient, and effective. This means that tasks like registration, creating invoices, leaving comments, sending and receiving messages, sharing information, and submitting documents for higher-level decisions will now be done using a computerized system. This system started operating in the University Central Office from July 1st, and currently, there are 529 people using it.
The Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prada Dharmaka, is leading this initiative to modernize how the university handles its administrative work. This means less paperwork and more use of computers to get things done quickly and accurately. It’s a big step forward in making the university’s services better for everyone involved.
